This is a dovetail bar for a C8 OTA. It is in perfect condition, without a mark on it. No bites, dents, scratches, or sleeks. It does not have the screws. however. We have taken this into consideration in the pricing. Save yourself twelve bucks and buy used! No box.
- Fits pre-drilled holes in the front and rear cells of current 8” Schmidt-Cassegrain and 8” EdgeHD Optical tubes as the primary dovetail rail only. See compatibility note below.
- Aluminum bar with orange anodizing provides a sturdy mounting platform.
- Easy to install
- Compatibility Note: Will mount to the BOTTOM of the optical tube ONLY. Not compatible with the predrilled holes on the TOP of the optical tube. Only a CGE (wide dovetail) can be mounted on the top. If your 8" C8 already has one of this type of rail on it, this will not be compatible on the other side.
