Seymchan meteorite was discovered in Russia. First pieces were discovered in 1967 on a riverbed. This is a pallasite with rich olivine inclusions in some specimens like this one.
Slice contains olivine inclusions and is acid etched to show the Widmanstätten pattern in the iron-nickel crystal structure. This is a nice slice with two long natural edges and two short cut ends. Slice is approximately 3.75mm thick.
