Condition:

This is a Vixen VC200L OTA in excellent condition. The optics are clean, and the body is free of any scratches or marks.  This is just the OTA and Telrad finder base that you see in the photos.

It also includes the Vixen f/6.4 reducer (a $200 value!) for speeding up your astrophotography.  However, the reducer, although clean, has spotted coatings.  We have taken this condition issue into consideration in ther pricing.

We do not have the packing box for this, so this is available for in-store pickup only.  There are no returns on this item.

Description:

Outstanding pinpoint star images without coma and without field curvature, outstanding performance in astrophotography.

Vixen's unique catadioptric system consisting of a high precision sixth-order aspherical (VISAC) primary mirror, a convex secondary mirror and a triplet corrector lens, provides high definition star images to the edge of a wide imaging field and offers exceptionally outstanding performance in astrophotography. As coma aberration, spherical aberration and curvature of field are perfectly corrected, images captured with the VC200L are stunningly sharp. Star images are less than 15 microns across all the way to the very edge of the 42mm image circle. The VISAC mirror produces images of high quality that are perfect for both visual observation and astrophotography. Includes the optional VC reducer which produces fast F6.4 forcal ratio is best for imaging of deep sky objects.
