Have you increased your prices?

Yes, in some cases we have, and we want to be transparent about why.

Due to ongoing tariffs and a rapidly changing supply landscape, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to adjust prices on certain items in our remaining inventory. These updates reflect both the rising costs and limited availability we’re facing.

We didn’t take this step lightly—in facing product shortages, this step allows us to keep our business running and continue serving you during this uncertain time. We’re incredibly grateful for your patience and understanding as we work through challenges that are beyond our control.

When will you get additional stock?

Right now, about 80% of our products come from China, and with tariff rates exceeding 100%, our suppliers have paused shipments and ordering.

Unfortunately, that means we won’t be receiving new stock of many items until conditions improve. For the time being, product availability is limited to what we currently have on hand or what’s already within the U.S. supply chain.

We wish we had a clearer timeline to share, but until tariffs ease and trade stabilizes, many products will be unavailable once they sell out.

Will prices widely increase?

We expect so, though the exact timing and scale are still uncertain. With suppliers facing their own challenges and market instability changing daily, pricing is likely to shift as companies respond to rapidly evolving costs and risks.

Can I still place a pre-order? 

For now, we’ve paused pre-orders. The reason is simple: we don’t want to make promises we can’t keep.

With prices changing so quickly, there’s a strong chance we won’t be able to honor the pricing on new pre-orders. If you already have a pre-order with us, don’t worry—we’ll reach out directly if any changes occur before it ships. You’re also welcome to cancel at any time if you prefer.
